Logistics and Delivery
Delivery to anywhere in the world
By Ocean
1. Container
- Lowest transportation fee.
- Good for small helicopters (e.g. AS350/355, Bell206, etc.). Some mid-size helicopters will fit in flat rack containers.
- Quite an amount of disassembly work before shipment and reassembly after shipment.
2. RORO (Roll On Roll Off)
- Just like a car carrier vessel, you will tow the helicopter onto the vessel.
- Good for helicopters of any size.
- More expensive when compared to shipping by container.
- Less amount of disassembly and reassembly work.
- Make sure to check the local road traffic laws when transporting to and from the harbor.
3. LOLO (Lift On Lift Off)
- We will book for you an open space on the container vessel and lift the helicopter onto the vessel.
- Good for helicopters of any size.
- More expensive when compared to normal containers, as you have to secure more space.
- Less amount of disassembly and reassembly work.
- Make sure to check the local road traffic laws when transporting to and from the harbor.
By Air
1. Normal Air Cargo
- Least expensive air freight option.
- We will book for you a space and load the helicopter on the aircraft.
- Quite an amount of disassembly work before shipment and reassembly after shipment.
- Medium to heavy helicopters such as the AS332L/L1 can be disassembled and loaded onto B747 cargo.
2. Charter
- Ilyushin (Il-96) or Antonov (An-124, An-225) are the fastest, easiest method to ship your aircraft.
- Almost no disassembly work required.
- Door to door delivery.
- Most expensive option available.
